Payment

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, apple Pay, Google Pay and also payments by PayPal.
  • For payments by credit or debit card, apple Pay or Google Pay, you can choose between different currencies.
  • For payments made by PayPal we can only accept Japanese Yen (JPY). PayPal will convert the order amount into your currency.

  • We ship direct from Japan.
  • Worldwide shipping with various carriers available.
  • All shipments are with tracking. (Please note that some countries do not share tracking online)

Free Shipping Carriers (available only for selected items)

  • Worldwide Free - Shipping with tracking. Please check item description for details like estimated transit time and other options.
  • EMS Express - Shipping by EMS express mail service with tracking and insurance. Estimated transit time about 3 to 7 days.

Chargeable Carriers

  • Air - Shipping by air mail service with tracking. Estimated transit time about 1 or 2 weeks depending on destination country.
  • Ship - Cost efficient shipping by surface service with tracking. Transit time about 10 to 12 weeks depending on destination country.
  • Printed Matter - Special air mail service with tracking for books, magazines and similar items. Transit time about 1 or 2 weeks depending on destination country.

How can I pay?

You can pay with your credit or debit card (we accept all major cards) or you can pay with PayPal.

Are my card data secure?

When you pay with your credit or debit card, all data will be handled directly by our payment service provider Stripe. Stripe will process your payment and neither we nor third parties will get in touch with your card details.

Why PayPal says that my currency is not accepted?

Our original prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). When you use PayPal for checkout we can, unfortunately, only accept payments in JPY.
When you log in to your PayPal account you might be able to choose if the payment should be done in JPY or in your local currency but when processing checkout on our site you have to set the currency to JPY in order to place an order.

From where do you ship?

We ship all items direct from Japan.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world with some limitations. If you can't find your country in the list during checkout please contact us. We will check if we can ship to your country and usually reply within 24h. If your country is in the list but no carrier will show up at checkout, please contact us also to solve the problem.

How much does shipping cost?

For some items we do offer free shipping. For others, shipping cost is calculated by weight or volume of the parcel. The price will be calculated automatically and shown in the shopping cart.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

It depends on the destination country and chosen carrier. Please check carrier notes or item description for more details.
Due to different circumstances, which we cannot control and have no influence over, the transit time might be longer than expected. These circumstances can be delays during custom clearance or delivery as well as busy seasons for post services like Christmas for example.

What's about customs?

Parcels from foreign countries are usually always checked by the customs of the recipient's country. If there are any duties or taxes to pay for your order depends on the quantity and/or items you have ordered. If duties or taxes apply for your parcel they have to be paid by your own at the local customs or might be collected at your front door by your postman.

Where is my order?

We send all parcels with tracking and you should have received an email with a link redirecting you to the tracing site of your parcel so you can check where it is. You can also see the tracking link in your account. Please note, that even though we send all parcels with tracking, some countries do not share tracking information online or tracking information will be updated late. If your parcel does not arrive within the usual transit time of your chosen carrier, please get in touch with us and we will check the issue.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Depending on quantity or weight of your order we divide it into two or more separate parcels. Even though we send them all together at the same day they might be delivered on different days. Usually the other parcels will arrive in the following days.
